Right next to the ADO terminal. Staff doesn't speak English much but is trying really well to help

Showers, toilets and room were not clean

Close to the bus station, 10 minute walk into town

Shared bathroom smelt really bad, toilets often didn’t have toilet roll, no hot water, no curtains on dorm beds, safes not big enough to store our rucksacks, not enough safes in the room for every guest, location a bit out the way but close to the bus station

The beds were clean and comfortable.

The showers and bathrooms were very dirty

I should have only stayed two nights

The room was nice. But too much light coming through. It was a very noisy area to stay. even with ear plugs. I stayed seven nights far too long. Two nights would have been enough. One morning I woke up and found a family sleeping outside my door at 6.00 with kids making far too much noise. My room was never cleaned once from the day I entered it. I asked for a clean towel half way through my stay. It was like asking for blood..

Staff were all around helpful and great. EXTREMELY close to bus station.

One fan in a room where it couldn't reach all beds. So needing to keep window open and it was bright and loud. No kitchen facilities. There was one maybe two chairs for common area to sit.

The location is amazing, it's also right next to a bus station and taxi center.

Not all the toilets had seats in the girl's restroom.
