Esencia Hostal Terminal Oaxaca

Our room was very pretty, comfortable and clean. Washrooms we’re clean and tidy. We had tv in our room. The place is very convenient if you reach Oaxaca by bus, the terminal is across the street. We thought it would be noisy but it wasn’t.

The location was good, especially if you are using the ADO bus.

The bed was not comfortable, the towels were broken (a hole so big my breast poked through), the bathroom was dirty. But I do think you get what you pay for. The worst thing was the noise. The workers were watching videos on their phone really loud the whole night and we were next to reception and it kept us awake all night.

My bus arrived at almost 1 a.m. in Oaxaca, and it was perfect to walk right to the hostel. I was the only one in the dorm and the beds were super comfortable. The neighborhood around the hostel is also really adorable and full of street art.

Being right next to the station was a little noisy and bright, but the fan helped for white noise. The bathrooms weren't super clean. There was no water available.

Bathroom very bad.

The location is great near the ADO terminal. Also cheap during the day of the dead event. You can still make a walk to the city center. The room is a with a couple bunker beds. Room is clean with a window l.

Shower is only for one. Wasn't clean and the hot water comes after 5-10mins. Notice there is no laundry and clothes washing is not allowed. It is difficult to find laundry during the event.

I had to catch a night bus so I stayed there for one night to be right next to the ADO bus station. The location is actually quite nice as there are on the way to the city centre many many nice coffee places and small shopping places!

The bathroom was very dirty. Would not recommend to stay there longer then a night.

Good location near to the bus terminal and 20 minute walk to the town centre

Shower didn’t work and when it did couldn’t get any hot water. Bathroom was always dirty without any toilet roll, I’m not sure anyone cleaned it at all during my 2 night stay. Booked a female only dorm only to wake up on my second night to find a male in one of the beds!

The location was very good and the bed was comfy.

The bathroom was very dirty, I really don't understand why it was not even clean a bit since the workers were watching the place all the time so they could just go and clean the bathroom. There was not toilet paper even though I saw it next to reception.
