It was good value for the money and a convenient location. The staff was very friendly.

The rooms were a little warm even though I had the window open. The blackout curtains weren't very dark as I was there in June with 24 hours of sunlight.

It was very close to everything in town. Room was very comfortable, bathroom very clean. Kitchen/lounge area was great, had everything you needed regarding utensils for cooking, etc.

If you want to cook.it is good for.

There is no staff at the service desk, you need to use your phone to contact. The floor is wooden, which makes a lot of noise when people come back late, and the window has no shade, and the bed is exposed to direct sunlight 24 hours a day. The airport bus does not pass by, and it takes 10 minutes to walk and the road is uneven. Not recommended.

Good location, close to the museum, shops, restaurants and harbour. Kind staff (even though I arrived at 1.00 am due to airplane delay). Very spacious room, well equiped kitchen, all very clean. Good value for money! The entrance is at the back of the building and the name of the property is not mentioned on the building. Look for a grey building at the water side with 'visit Spitsbergen', Pyramiden and Barentzburg on it.

The airport bus does not stop at the location, so you have to walk for about 5 min. with your luggage (or have the accomodation pick you up at the airport).

Exceeded my expectations. Sam was there to great us for check in. Sam is very nice and keeps the place very clean. The kitchen/common area is spacious and has good amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

The only downfall is that the bed was not the most comfortable and it squeaked a lot. I switched to a less squeaky bed the second night and that was better. Neither of these would detract me from staying there again.
