Very clean ans spacious

No one replies to your questions sent as messages via Booking. They will reply only if it is in their interest (like booking a snowmobile trip with them). I was quite dissapointed on how they haven't put an effort in replying to my questions (e.g. regarding other type of trips)

Sam is so helpful,he makes this place clean and neat,atmosphere is great when you have some travelers to talk

Can’t be found on google map,but it’s not the guest house’s fault

The staff were so friendly, hard working and kind, always kept the place spotless and were happy to chat. Made me feel very welcome. The kitchen had all the facilities you could want and had a lovely balcony.

Initially hard to find, but just look for the building with the bright red signs! Bring your own teabags, but other than that, fantastic place.

Size of the room was good. Room was very clean, so as the kitchen and bathroom even though these were shared.

Can't find anything

Clean rooms and bathrooms. Very equipped, kitchen (boiler, fridge. Dishwasher, oven and induction cooker). Very kind the attendant Sam. 5 minutes walk from the center street.

Some bed net not comfortable but the staff was fast to solve

Everything except the entrance should be on the front of the house

Firstly I have to say how great Simi and Yulia were. Honestly they were so welcoming and helpful and friendly. A great place to stay is definitely made by great people. It was so clean and spacious. It was super easy to organise trips and get information on things going on in the town. The location was great and the view from the balcony with the town and mountains was stunning. I even caught a glimpse of the northern lights right off the balcony. I have stayed in a lot of hostels around the world and this has to be my favourite. Honestly I couldn’t fault it and I was so sad to leave!

Everything was perfect

It was the cleanest hostel/ hotel I have ever stayed in. Spotless and modern, excellent kitchen fully equipped. The shower and toilets were separate, which makes a huge difference, also spotlessly clean. Yulya and Sam were outstanding and quickly became "family"

There was nothing I could fault

The place is perfectly y walking distance. And from balcony you can see it whole city also.
