Clean tidy space, big rooms.

The communication was very hard and almost to impossible. No reply for almost a month, no answer to any of our questions and 4 messages completely ignored. The accommodation offered us to order taxi from the airport beforehand, then they stop communicating and when we took a bus and got there someone told me, they actually cannot order a taxi, that this option is now not available. Very confusing and bit upsetting!

Very good location, super helpful staff, sparkling clean

The place is super comfy, no queues to shower and toilets, the kitchen is fully equipped even to bake. The hosts were super flexible and we could change our reservation as one person could not travel. The best budget place to stay and enjoy Longyearbyen!

Walls are a bit too thin, or the other guest on the corridor were too loud

A nice place to stay close to the village. Big nice kitchen with everything you need. The personal helped you with whatever you want.

For the first time în my trips ,I met an extraordinary hostes, everyone ,the owner,the receptionist.I thank them and I recomand this hotel .

Chira( sterna paradisaea) looks to be dangerous.Their nests are în different places and tourist,by mistake, walk close. It was not bad,but interesting.

The place is wonderful. The atmosphere is very cozy and every room have everything that you need for here. The big living room have kitchen box and place for watching TV that is very comfortable. You gave everything that you need!
