Room very hot and no good windows Flimsy internet

Good location close to Zicatela Beach, at the entrance of Puerto Escondido (coming from Oaxaca by van).

The neighbour's roosters and the sound of water falling (not sure from where?) can make sleep very difficult. No reception to speak of. Room sparsely decorated, just one pillow table for two and a hanging stick to put your clothes on. Water pressure is weak and it takes time to get rid of the sand All in all, expensive for what it is.

Amazing stay! Lovely hosts, comfortable room and friendly resident cat and dog. Short walk to the beach and main strip of restaurants. Would stay again!

It was a basic room as specified, but the beds were good and the ceiling fan very powerful, if a bit noisy. There was a shared kitchen and bathroom and everything was clean. The owner was very nice and friendly. The location is excellent very close to the shops and 5 minutes walk to the beach.

Absence of aircon and it was in February. Must be very hot in summer. Our room was on the street and it was very noisy, especially in the morning with many roosters celebrating dawn ... You need ear plugs. Wifi erratic at times.

The owners were very nice and helped you out with different things. Also they have a day bed which is quite comfortable to use and gives some comfort in the common area. The house cat is very cute as well. They organise the kitchen well and it’s good equipped too. It’s a nice place in general, but little things could be improved to make it even better.

There wears r anything to hang your towel or put your clothes in the shower downstairs, also the room hadn’t much to put your things, so even you have a private room you are living out of your suitcase which was a bit annoying for me. The owners live in the same place so they also use the kitchen with the guests which is not a problem but just needs to be considered that there even more people sometimes waiting to use the kitchen.

The location is great, just 5min walking from the beach. The owners are supper attentive. The kitchen and the common areas are nice. Internet is good enough to work, but there is only one table to work comfortably, the rest of the tables are like small coffee tables.

Apart from the tables to work, the rooms are really hot. There are fans in the room but it’s just Not enough. If you open the window, it helps a little but since there aren’t mosquito nets you’ll be visited by an army of those. If you leave the door open it helps a lot but then you need to worry about tarantulas and snakes. It just needs an ac unit.

The place is small with a well stocked kitchen. A friendly cat also lives there.

The rooms are hot! No screens on the windows and the mosquitoes are thick! It's located on a busy corner with lots of loud traffic noise.

Great shared spaces. Ideal location. Nice kitchen.

Ventilation in the room wasn’t great, making it super hot for sleeping. Nearby were loud in the morning but with earplugs it was fine
