Close walk to the beach, restaurants and cafes. Out of the main center of la Punta so not kept up by all the parties. Kitchen had all the equipment needed to cook for yourself. Drinking water provided. WIFI was generally reliable (occasionally dropped out).

Located on what appeared to be one of the main route into la Punta so it was very noisey at night with traffic (trucks engine braking coming down the hill). Earplugs are a good idea if you're a light sleeper.

The Host is super sweet and helpful! I caught a very bad food poisoning during my last night and the host let me check-out later and prepared me a tea. Also the room is very spacious and the bed was comfy.

Even though there are two vans, the room becomes extremely hot and due to all the construction work in the area with agua trucks passing by, it can become very noisy in the morning.

Great location, really close to the restaurants and beach! Nice to have kitchen facilities at this stay.

The AC wasn’t really cooling the room…. There is pretty much no one around to ask questions or get recommendations of the town… so might be better getting an airbnb closer to the beach… really hard to meet people there… no vibe at all

A/C is not worth the price - it's a portable one, super noisy and doesn't cool down a lot because the hot air it produces comes right back into the room. During our stay there was a lot of heavy traffic on the road so it wasn't as peaceful and relaxing as we had hoped for. Overall a bit older/less welcoming than the pictures suggest.
