Host was so lovey and relaxed! Water was supplied and other bits in bobs in the kitchen. Lovely relaxing area with sun beds and chairs.

Wasn’t a biggie and was survivable but no aircon. But the value for what you get no air con is reasonable.

Big spacious rooms, with really good fans for when it is hot at night! Really clean and the cleaner can clean your room during your stay with was great! Location really good, near the main area of la punts but just outside so it’s a lot quieter. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils too which is great!

Sometimes there’s a weird smell around but not sure if it was coming from inside or outside the property!

I love the atmosphere at the house itself, quiet, respectful, friendly... It is easy from there to go for everything you need by walk... Beach, shopping, restaurants... You can cook and have a place to keep your things in the kitchen and fridge...

There are many constructions side around... So it was very noisy... The bed was a very good one, but now a bit old...

Perfect location, quiet street at just a short walking distance to the beach and the main road of shops, bars and restaurants. Amazing, relaxing and quiet environment. Has a shared kitchen that can be used for cooking and a lovely front garden with a very cute cat. Hammock on the terrace on the upper floor. The host, Marì, was super sweet, funny and very helpful giving us advice and suggestions, and answering all our questions. She has 2 mango trees and the mangos she picks are there for everyone to eat. We loved our staying there and met some very lovely and interesting people. We will definitely go back.

Very affordable and In a good location

The bathroom was extremely unhygienic, it should be getting deep cleaned and bleached almost daily however I saw the same dirt stay there for many days including huge amounts of mosquitos I had to fumigate the bathroom before I used it Also an FYI if you don’t pay for aircon do not expect to sleep at all, this place is very hot and the roosters start crowing literally outside your bedroom wall at 3 am, as a courtesy from the hosts guests should absolutely be provided ear plugs, I can’t believe they gave no warning of this by the end of my stay I was so sleep deprived and ready to fly home. Water pressure in the bathroom is non exsistent I couldn’t even wash my hair, had to shower using the outside shower which has no privacy

I really like the outdoor kitchen and patio area. Great for hanging out at all times of the day.

The water pressure in the showers was a little low but that wasn’t too big of a deal.

Great location, 10 min easy walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Safe area, hosts were very kind and pleasant. Having clean water in the kitchen available all the time was definitely a plus. Air conditioning is available to rent nightly and affordably. It's really needed, we wouldn't have been able to sleep without it.

There were mosquitoes throughout the whole property, but mostly in the bathrooms and bedrooms - it made it near impossible to shower without being worried you'd get bitten the entire time and hard to sleep without getting bites all night. I don't know if fly tape is available here, but something needs to be done. On the last night a trail of big ants started crawling down our bedroom wall right next to my mom's bed. She didn't sleep well after that... Couldn't figure out where they were coming from, but alas, it was it last night... Beds are not comfortable and they do not move, not does any room furniture. There was no was to setup a place to work when needed. Wi-Fi was okay but not strong enough for video meetings. Zoom won't work well here. No hooks to hang towels anywhere, not in bathrooms or bedrooms.
