Would give 0 rating if applicable. Please do not book here. Misleading photos. Smelt of mould. NOT SUITABLE FOR ANYONE WITH RESPIRATORY ISSUES. We checked out early as it was so bad we were short of breath and wheezing. Would have left straight away but we could not get accomodation at 10pm the first night. Messaged the owner - they said air freshener would get rid of the mould smell. Rung and Messaged bookings.com they agreed with my request after multiple calls however they did not assist any further. Multiple change of apartment name. Please check ALL sites, found terrible reviews about Mark and Lyndall Sultana.

Currently going through NSW fair trade. Will continue to small courts should I not receive a full refund. Spoke to another tenant at the site. They said the whole place is full of mould. Their floor is rotting. Can only add four pics but the property is not as stated.

its in a great location, can see the ocean from the top floor living room balcony, as well as whale watching at right time of year. easy walk to beach/pool if desired

the host did not disclose until the week of my visit there was a $250 refundable deposit required via bank transfer, i found this very very suspicious and we took extensive video/photos of the place in case they claimed we damaged and wouldnt refund the deposit. as i had already booked and it was too late to get a new place i sent the deposit. then the day of my visit, i got a text from the host requesting a photo of my licence and car rego plate as part of “virtual check-in” which i found ridiculous. i have travelled many many places over the world and have never had to do this for any place ive ever stayed at. i found it extremely invasive and contacted booking.com support, although they didnt respond until 2 days after i checked out, thanks!! so i had to send through my information so we have a place to sleep that night…. just beware if you dont want to share this information, and over text too!! no security at all

Fantastic view, was able to whale watch from the balcony and ot was a 5 minute walk to the beach.

The location ,it was quiet and you could hear the waves .The location was so close to the beach .
