Pandora Vista Retreat

From start to finish we felt very taken care of and looked after by their staff member, Tiffany. She helped us sort taxis to and from the property, helped us book tickets to all of the local attractions and mapped out routes for each day. We are vegetarian, and she was very accommodating in helping us get meals at their restaurant, which were all delicious. The location is great. They offer a shuttle cart ride to the west gate entrance. Views were beautiful and we went in the off-season and there were almost no people.

In our room, the shower/bath were in a separate section that was a little cold, but nothing unmanageable.

The hotel is absolutely stunning. It’s right near the West Gate into Zhangjiajie National Park. Tiffany was absolutely amazing! She helpfully provided us with all the info we need, giving us tips and maps and booking our tickets for us. She drove us to the park entrance on the golf cart and in to town for dinner or to buy snacks. All the staff went out of their way to make our stay special! We absolutely loved it and can’t recommend it enough!!

This is a very unique homestay. The room is spacious and decorated very delicately. The service is very attentive. The room is also very comfortable. I like it very much. The bed is soft and comfortable, very comfortable, and the sound insulation effect is good.

The homestay service is enthusiastic, the hygiene is clean and tidy, the rooms are warm and spacious, the location is superior, the room cleaners are also very friendly, the housekeeper is very friendly, the room prices are also very affordable, and the cost-effectiveness is high! What you get is not only a comfortable and pleasant stay experience, but also the human fireworks, amazing!

The room has good lighting and the cleaning is quite clean. There is a mountain view next to it, which is quiet enough. For someone like me who has high requirements for sleep quality, I feel it's okay

Homeward Mountain resort is a breathtaking accommodation with a beautiful mountain view that leaves you speechless. It’s just a few minute drive to the west gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest. When you come back from your day trip to the park you will find peace, tranquility and a very good meal waiting for you. The room is super nice with the bathroom on the outside and a lovely balcony. The staff is very friendly and our greatest compliments for Tiffany. She speaks English and helped us book tickets for the park and the Glass Bridge. She was the best! That made our stay a lot more confinient.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and what truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Tiffany and the team was incredibly friendly from the moment I arrived, always greeting me with a warm smile and offering assistance whenever needed. The room itself was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We had a great experience in this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park or not!
