We truly enjoyed our stay at Pandora Vista Retreat! The location is absolutely amazing — perfect for anyone looking to explore the breathtaking Avatar Mountains. The views are stunning and it’s close to many key attractions in the area. A special thank you to Tifiny and her colleague, who went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and memorable. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, they helped us with transportation, entrance tickets, and gave us great guidance on visiting the scenic spots. Their hospitality really made a difference. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Zhangjiajie and the Avatar Mountain area!

Location in the mountains was beautiful ! Our host Tiffany was so accommodating and approachable. She organised a local tour for us at a very reasonable price. Love everything about this place.

Everything! The location in a quiet rural area, jungle view, pool, balcony, careful decorationss, possibility to order food made by locals for dinner. Big thanks to English speaking stuff. To Linda for her patience with helping to plan my itinerary before my arrival. To Tiffany during my stay for advices, online support on WeChat during my trips out of the property and for waking up early on my departure day! I highly reccommend this place, would love to come back myself.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and tranquility of the property — it’s even more stunning in person than in the photos. What truly made this experience exceptional, though, was Tiffany, our incredible host. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, from the warm welcome to the little personal touches that made us feel right at home. Tiffany’s hospitality, kindness, and attentiveness truly made this retreat feel special and memorable. Amazing hotel, with stunning views and very close to the west gate into the park. Tiffany was exceptional, helped us throughout our stay from meals to planning our day trips, booking tickets for us, arranging transport, and her english is very good! Honestly we don't know what we would have done without her, she really made our stay here special ❤️ We really loved it here, our only regret is not staying longer!

I loved this accommodation and totally recommend it. The rooms were lovely, mine opening out to a lily pond, others onto the pool. They were styley, clean and the whole facility was in a beautiful spot looking straight into the mountains. Tiffany was incredibly helpful in all ways. Gave great recommendations for the park and was available during the day to check in if I felt lost in the park. She’s was exceptional with great English. The hotel is located near the West Gate entrance to Zhangjiajie National Park which seems the best place to be located to be moving against the crowds. We had relatively smooth travel with limited queues but observed huge queues moving in the opposite direction. If you are thinking about accommodation in the area you won’t be disappointed.
