The location is amazing, the hotel and room are very clean, comfortable and peaceful. A huge thank you to Tiffany, she helped us book everything for Zhangjiajie and was always there for us when we needed help. Thank you Tiffany and all the staff for the wonderful experience!

The place is amazing with a great view on Zhangjiajie mountains. It is very peaceful and the rooms are comfortable. The team is lovely, always flexible and helpful. Not being Chinese speaker, we were supported by Tiffany who was very kind and committed to help us organising our park visit with great tips. Highly recommend this place!!

A wonderful family-run hotel in the mountains with a view of the Avatar Mountains .Delicious Chinese food at the local restaurant (we didn't have time to try everything on the menu in three days 😂) manager Tiffany speaks excellent English and resolves all your questions in no time! And Tiffany professionally planned itineraries to visit all the iconic locations, including purchasing all the tickets and providing transportation to the desired locations. Everything is so well-organized that all you have to do is enjoy the beauty and grandeur of the mountains. I want to come back and embrace the boundless beauty of the mountain peaks 👌Thank you Tiffany for the magnificent days 💕

Amazing landscape

The room feels outdated, with walls that weren’t very clean. There’s no direct access to the private balcony – you have to go outside the room to reach it, and since the balcony is open, it doesn’t feel secure as anyone could enter.

⁣⁣⠀ I would like to start by highlighting the wonderful service from the hotel administrator, Tiffany. She contacted me in advance via WhatsApp and helped with planning and arranging a guide. Throughout our entire stay, she assisted with booking tickets, provided recommendations, and was generally always available. Furthermore, Tiffany speaks fluent English, which made our communication significantly easier.⁣⁣⠀ ⁣⁣⠀ Also among the positive aspects, I can note the hotel's excellent location. It's surrounded by very authentic mountains with beautiful views. It's important to understand that this place is more suitable for those seeking peace and relaxation, as the nearest activities like restaurants and nightlife are quite far away. But since our priority was a short distance to the park entrance and being in the mountains, the location was 100% perfect for us.⁣⁣⠀ ⁣⁣⠀ We visited all the key park attractions accessible from the western entrance. The tickets are valid for four days. We only used one; on the second day, we visited Tianmen Mountain. In my opinion, it's ideal to allocate three days: two days for the park and one for the Heaven's Gate. It's better to explore the park with a guide; during our tours, we repeatedly saw people who had gotten lost as the park is huge.⁣⁣⠀ ⁣⁣⠀ It's also worth noting that the hotel is not new, and since it's surrounded by mountains, the humidity is very high inside. Because of this, there's a damp smell in the hotel, but since we were only there for three days, it didn't bother us at all. On the plus side, they had wonderful local tea and a delicious cappuccino in the mornings!⁣⁣⠀ ⁣⁣⠀ The breakfast is simple and a matter of personal taste: boiled corn, watermelon slices, several types of rice flour pastries, jam, eggs, and noodles in broth. Essentially, everyone can choose what they like.⁣⁣⠀ ⁣⁣⠀ Overall, we were thrilled and even discussed wanting to stay a couple of days longer.

The most wonderfull thing about this hotel is a natural true “home feeling” there. All the attitude, attention and care from a lovely employee Tiffany create such a warm atmosphere around. She gives necessary guidelines about the Park, what to see there, the best routes for walking, she follows you to the Park entrance every morning, always available for contact and help, picks you up after walking. That is very valuable. I do recommend this hotel also because it is perfectly located close to the unpopular West park entrance what help you to avoid crowds. After an active mountain day you can swim there or chill at the hotel terrace. The room was cleaned every day. You will definitely enjoy staying at this hotel.
