El hotel es encantador, en una ubicación muy bonita, aunque alejado de todo. El personal, en concreto Tiffany genial, nos ayudo con la compra de entradas, el transporte al Gran Cañon y la organización de las rutas.

Tiffany nos ayudó muchísimo, tanto con las rutas de las excursiones como con tickets u otras necesidades. Muy recomendable

El desayuno y la comida con pocas opciones. Las habitaciones, en las fotos parecen mejores.

Si quieres visitar el Zhangjiajie National Park, la ubicación es perfecta, ya que el hotel se encuentra muy próximo a uno de los ingresos al parque. El entorno en el que está emplazado es maravilloso, en medio de la naturaleza, lo que brinda un respiro y una calma excepcional. La piscina es increíble y tiene una vista que quita el aliento. El personal del hotel es muy amable y siempre predispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno es bueno, con suficiente variedad de comida, al estilo chino.

La ubicación puede resultar inconveniente si se quiere visitar Tianmen Mountains u otras actividades en la zona como el Glass Bridge, etc, ya que mayormente estaras a 1 hora en taxi (o Didi). Las camas no me parecieron muy cómodas.

L’emplacement à la porte Ouest du Parc de Zhangjiajie a grandement facilité notre visite du site. Nous avons fait le circuit classique dans le sens inverse des autres personnes, donc pas d’attente. L’établissement est joli et situé au milieu des montagnes. Tiffany parle parfaitement anglais et a très bien su nous renseigner. Elle nous a facilité la tâche que ce soit pour comprendre le fonctionnement du parc, nous y amener gratuitement ou pour nous trouver une navette pour rejoindre notre prochain hôtel. Une navette pour l’aéroport est également disponible pour 190 yuans. La chambre est agréable et la literie très confortable. La baignoire est dans une véranda, attention aux grenouilles qui viennent se baigner avec vous! 😀

Nous n’avons pas aimé le petit déjeuner ni la nourriture servie dans le restaurant attenant à l’hôtel. Il n’y a pas vraiment d’autre endroit pour manger aux alentours. Le rapport qualité/prix est décevant. La chambre pourrait être un peu plus propre.

The property is on a beautiful scenery, it is built with local architecture lines and it has a swimming pool. Breakfast (with invariable choice) is in a contiguous building uphill. Tiffany was extremely helpful and she speaks perfectly t English which helped a lot communication. Unfortunately it was pouring rain during our stay and we had very limited choices. The private bathroom was outdoors overlooking the nature. Insects might be an issue but we didn’t experience any annoyances.

Some noisy guests all the nights during the stay. I propose the hotel to require silence after a certain hour. Last night we had noise until 23:30. The breakfast could be improved giving a larger choice.

En general todo. Es un sitio privilegiado plagado de naturaleza. El personal siempre atento intentando ayudar en todo. La piscina preciosa. Se esmeran por que estes a gusto. Muy buena opción para desconectar de las multitudes.

El único aspecto negativo es que deberían poner una hora limite para chillar y hacer ruido por la noche. Se que es difícil de controlar, pero descansar es importante si al dia siguiente tienes excursiones.

This hotel is at the end of a lane about 2 km from the West Gate of Zhangjiajie park. The hotel sits in a valley that it seems to have all to itself. There are 3 buildings and my room was in front down from the pool. The restaurant was a quock and beaitiful stroll. I thought the food was great and was authentic and local. The staff was super kind and helpful. Not cheap, but priced so it really was justified. Zhangjiajie Park was challening and thrilling, maybe even past my limits.

You are in a remote spot, I was happy there for 4 nights.

Tiffany was super helpful, she speaks very well english and give very good tips to the park with the map. We could manage by ourselves the visit thanks to her. The hotel is located in an amazing area, the pool is refreshing after a day of hike and visit. The facilities are cleaned, the bathtub is outside the room but it is better as it is humid at this period. The bed was confortable. The breakfast was local, chinese soup, our kid could not eat, but we enjoyed. He did enjoy the rest, dim sum, spongy cakes, fruits, toasts and eggs. For dinner, we could eat at the hotel restaurant if we were tired, otherwise can go to the town. Tiffany and the team have a golf car, super convenient to dropoff to the park and also to town. We strongly recommend the hotel and this national park, our kid really enjoyed and us too ! We stayed there few nights to enjoy this huge national park and the different places (zhangjiaje park, gold whip stream, yellow cave, tianmen mountain,glass bridge, we could not visit tianzi as they closed for few days as too crowded).
