"Perfect home away from home!"

Crocs casino and resort is an amazing place to stay for a family. We don’t gamble, but the amenities at this hotel are awesome! The pool is beautiful with a slide and great service. The beach offers some great views and rocks to climb and visit tide pools. There is also a connecting river where my kids enjoyed swimming and searching by for hermit crabs. The staff is friendly and inviting and the room was perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend staying here!

This was a fun, safe resort in Jaco! It was clean and all the staff was really friendly! The pool was nice! The pool food was good too!

"The worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant."

I didn’t like the service of the restaurants. It was terrible. I did the observation to the manneger or who was in reception desk , but she did not do anything to help me. The waitress did not clean the table, and i asked her more of three times. She said :” I was so busy you can wait. My husband, my daughter, and I waited about 30 minutes before someone came to take our order, which was quite disappointing. So I really had bad experiences with you about attention to resolve complaints and the service for the restaurants.
