"Extremely Good Service"

The resort overall is very good. Our stay was very good. I want to leave a comment specifically about an issue that we had with our family. My wife, mother, father and I stayed for 2 nights. My mother in-law is elderly and needs a wheel chair to get around. We have not traveled with her for many years. We realized late in the evening on the first night there, that we would have a much better stay if we had a room with disability access. The staff was very very helpful with changing rooms even though we had been in the initial room for most of the day and late into the evening. I wish that I could remember the fellows name who kept making trips up to our rooms to make sure we were alright and satisfied. Our stay was on March 31st - April 2. I would like for the young man to see this review and comment. Again thank you for all of the help & care and concern for us.

La piscine , le casino , le bar piscine , la qualité du service , le personnel d’une gentillesse incroyable surtout celui du bar piscine extérieure

Il nous manquait toujours une serviette dans la chambre et le papier toilette il a fallu souvent en réclamer . Dommage que les bains de soleil soient réservés de bon matin ; des serviettes étaient posées sur les bains de soleil sans jamais être occupés…

Las habitaciones y en general las instalaciones, todo muy bien. El restaurant italiano - Carne muy bueno, totalmente recomendado.

Tuve no muy buena experiencia en el restaurant de comida Mexicana. Mi cena familiar fué regular ese lugar.

"Nice and quiet"

Resort is nice and clean. Quiet on the northern side from town. . Con: had to call maintenance two different days to get hot water, so took two cold showers 😡.
