Muy bonitas instalaciones cuarto cómodo y amplio piscina grande con bastantes zonas para sentarse

Talves al desayuno le falte un poco más de variedad pero en general todo estuvo muy bien !

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the property and the room sizes. Service was impeccable. We enjoyed all of the restaurants and the pool during our stay. We had a great time!

Nice rooms, decent restaurants, good beach for walking. A little too wavy to swim but water was nice and warm . Overall, nice resort.

The resort was very lovely. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. Our room had some problems. The air-conditioning would go out sporadically. The in the master bathroom drawers fit very poorly and we’re difficult to open and close. The water pressure was in one sink like a power washer coming out. Then the other sink had so much air in the lines that would sputter and create splash everywhere. This particular unit was lacking certain pieces of furniture that would’ve made it look more normal.

The pool bar food was good and Fabian was amazing. The pool was beautiful.

The breakfast was horrible and for the price they ought to be ashamed. The staff for the breakfast area were rude. The hotel called us a cab and 30 minutes later we still hadn’t heard anything. The power went out and NOBODY mentioned anything—no explanation, no apology, no acknowledgment. The casino was lackluster. The room was basic so that was fine but the soap sucked. There was a sign that said if you want your sheets laundered put the card on your bed. All the staff did was make the bed. Same sheets. Don’t put a sign if you don’t want to do the task. The “cafeteria” was small and it was a process to get food heated up. The beach was horrible.
