simplesmente incrível!!! melhor hotel que já fiquei. é um hotel de luxo, com as acomodações impecáveis, serviço incrível e comida de primeira. Mas o grande diferencial é o atendimento. Os donos - Nina e Pasi - fazem você se sentir como família, são maravilhosos. Dá pra ver que eles realmente trabalham com o que amam. Estava comemorando aniversário de casamento e eles fizeram tudo muito especial. A propriedade é linda para caminhar em volta e eu definitivamente recomendo a sauna privada com jacuzzi.

We have a great time there thanks to the owner Nina and her husband, they have effectively arranged everything as we like, we feel warmly welcomed and the resort is upscale, comfortable and home feeling for vacation

溫暖的服務，從飯店主人到每位工作人員，都給我們很多溫度，每一個大大的笑容，都療癒了我們，是一間讓人有難忘回憶的地方。 飯店非常美，整個佈置非常低調， 處處展現對旅人的細心，乾淨寬敞的洗手間，歎為觀止的窗外景色，舒服的暖氣，餐點非常好吃，非常美味。 哈士奇活動很刺激，後面接桑拿的享受，在冰天雪地，按摩浴缸的熱水跟冷空氣行程強烈對比，看著天空慢慢轉暗，很享受，進到桑拿，很熱很熱，一切都很棒！

Our group of 4 had such a pleasant stay for our 2 nights at Aurora Queen! The food was amazing, the hospitality was even better, and the location was secluded but also convenient to all the activities in the area. We were greeted so warmly and made to feel like family during our time there. I couldn’t recommend this more!

Nothing sticks out here!
