Улица на выходе из отеля до центральной дороги портит все впечатление по отелю, везде мусор, разбитый тротуар, неприемлемое расположение мусорных контейнеров, просто ужас! Это позор для менеджеров отеля, которые не могут либо сами навести порядок, либо наладить работу с местным муниципалитетом.

Alles war gut. Ich kann nicht negatives sagen. Ausser das ab und zu schlechte Geruch in Toilette.

Loved the entertainment staff and all the activities. These staff really did their best, with a cheerful and welcome attitude. Cleaning staff were good. Good selection of food and coffee. Desert bar was our favourite. The beach was well maintained. Guest services were efficient.

Maybe because it was the very end of the season, the hotel looked a bit ‘tired’. Dishes and glasses weren’t always clean. Cocktails were weak so we opted for non-mixed drinks (and good coffee!)

The hotel staff and senior management truly went out of their way to make us happy. The room cleaning was excellent, and I'd especially like to thank Cennet—she meticulously and spotlessly cleaned our rooms every day. Raşan, who works in the cafe downstairs, was also exceptionally good at her job, with a friendly and professional approach to guests. I was absolutely delighted with the cleanliness of the hotel and the attentiveness of the staff. However, the quality of the food and drinks was unfortunately below my expectations. Even home-cooked meals were far more delicious than what was served here. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay, especially for its service and cleanliness, but I would advise them to keep their expectations a bit lower regarding the food.

The hotel staff is truly excellent; they are all friendly and helpful. I was also very pleased with the cleanliness; the rooms and common areas were quite clean. However, the quality of the food and drinks was unfortunately far below my expectations. Believe me, the food I eat at home is much more delicious and of higher quality than what's served here. I want anyone considering this hotel to know that if you're looking for quality food, you might be disappointed. Other than that, it's a very good hotel in terms of service and cleanliness.

Le buffet était incroyable, il y’en a pour tous les goûts, les piscines, toboggans pour les enfants, le personnel est très agréable, très souriant.

Une mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain, et l’eau qui ne s’évacue pas après la douche.

Children really liked aquapark. Not only children, even adults can enjoy it together with their little ones. The territory is not big. Family rooms starting from 2 children take place at the back side of the hotel, no sea view available. Food was good, variety of dishes was enough good to choose from. Entertainment was not very exciting. May be due to autumn season and a bit cool october evenings. Live band music was my favourite. Otherwise after the dinner people dissapeared somewhere. Overall there was no "wow" effect but a quite pleasant stay is guaranteed.
