קבלנו חדר גדולים עם נוף לים וזה הפתיע אותנו מאוד. תודה מר OMUR מצוות הקבלה. פרק מיים מצויין...וצוות kids club עשה עבודה יפה מאוד עם הילדים שלנו. הילדים נהנו מאוד. תודהkaterena וכל הצוות.

I have asked for a quiet room because I didn’t want to hear the music from the entertainment at night.This was not accommodated from the hotel management though I was promised so.Our room had a horrible smell of sewage in the bathroom.The cleanliness was not at the appropriate level for a ultimate all inclusive level. The food was not great and the choice was poor.You could see people with empty plates just walking around wondering what to have.There were flies inside and on the food.Some of the staff did not speak English could not help me when I asked something.The hotel had a lot of managers who just stood there and watched but did not take any action.This hotel needs new management to take on point the existing problems:general cleanliness,choice of food,quality of food and the service and to train their staff. Over all our stay was disappointing.I have been in Antalya before and this experience cannot even compare to my previous stay in a lower rate hotel but much better on any level.

Le personnel était hyper professionnel , souriant et coopératif. Les piscines étaient grandes , propres et accessibles a tout heure de la journée. Les jeux pour enfants. La nourriture La plage. Les soirées.

Notre chambre était le point décevant de notre séjour. Nous n'avions quasiment pas de vu a l'extérieur. Notre balcon donnait directement sur une dalle qui cachait absolument tout .
