El hotel cuanta con una playa privada maravillosa

El personal era lento y poco resolutivo. La limpieza de la habitación era muy justita (debajo de la cama había polvo y pelusas como si no hubieran limpiado en meses debajo de la cama). Una de las piscinas estaba fuera de servicio. La habitación que pedimos era con vistas al mar y la realidad es que no se veía el mar. El restaurante muy flojo (el peor café de mi vida a precio europeo) y muy lentos sirviendo.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Beachfront rooms were reasonably priced. Nice to have 2 different pools.

Quite a lot of rubbish washed up on beach and at water’s edge- it would have been nice to seen this cleared daily. Breakfast and restaurant was mediocre. Asian selection tastier than western (tomato pasta and bolognaise both very sweet). Lots of stray cats around- be careful as one bit my daughter and she had to get rabies injections! Not the fault of the hotel, of course!

Esta muy lejos de la poblacion, hay que coger taxi o moto para ir. El desayuno es poco variado y no esta pensado para los europeos.

Hermoso hotel, las vistas al mar, tenerlo al lado increíble. Las habitaciones muy lindas también.

Zu wenig Steckdosen. Badetücher sowie Bettlaken hatten Flecken und sind in die Jahre gekommen. Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Restaurant sah nicht gepflegt aus - haben nichts gegessen dort

Smooth checkin and checkout. Staff friendly. Location was great because of beautiful sunsets and beachfront. Premium suite 2-bedroom was spacious and modern , clean, had washer/dryer, two balconies and two nice bathrooms that appear newly renovated and have amenities provided and replaced daily (soap, shampoo, shower cap, toothbrush sets). Take-away breakfast provided for early morning tours. Room was quiet which was great. Aircons worked well. 3 nice pools that were clean and facing beach with lounge chairs. Location is 10-min ride from town, RP100k taxi fare (hotel will call for taxi as needed). Fresh towels and bottled water replaced in room daily.

Wine is not available for purchase on the restaurant menu. The water in one of the bathrooms could have been hotter (it got to warm but not hot as expected). The restaurant food was good but not great.
