"Love staying here ,but it is in desperate need of maintenance. Will continue to stay though!!"

location.lovely pool, nice gardens.

the room needed maintenance. toilet roll holding up the towel rack!!!!! needed painting badly. staffing in the front bar was low. no staff at times. this led us to eating and drinking elsewhere.

The people were absolutely lovely and helpful, very quiet and relaxing

Mattress was a bit old could feel the springs when laying on it, no hot water in shower they tried to fix it but only lasted for one shower then went back to having none and coffee and tea facilities were not always replenished when room was cleaned and made up each day. Bar fridge was tiny could only fit three water bottles in there and that kept freezing everything that was put in there

"Best value for money in Legian if you want to stay on the beachfront."

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at the Melasti. I cannot fault the value for money of this hotel. Great locations, wonderful gardens and welcoming and helpful staff. Thank you Sri and the team.

The hotel is getting a little tired with age and whilst I can see some minor upgrades in the rooms (eg. new showerheads etc). the main pool could do with some significant maintenance.

Location perfect. Beach front access and back street access. Staff were very helpful and kind. Maxi Buddah at the front/ back security guy made our stay. He was fun and loved a laugh. Breaky was good. Pools were nice. We loved our ground floor deluxe room. Walk to beach through resort is beautiful and peaceful.

Rooms very tired. Lots of maintenance needed in the whole place. We booked standard rooms but were offered an upgrade to superior for $15 aud a night. Very glad we did. Standard are exactly that. Would suit a place to sleep only. Many air cons failed when speaking to guests. Ours included, so moved from superior to deluxe (pleased with that) overall happy-go-lucky travellers and satisfied with our stay.

Ser above. Mould on ceilings. Balconies with bat shit all ovet.
