It’s old but clean and comfortable

Breakfast was Ok - simple - certainly for Indonesia not special!

The bathroom was dirty - the lighting in room Poor - the rooms large but in need of renovation- main poos dirty - beautiful location - grounds excellent but very old and not well maintained!

Had to move rooms due to aircon not working, staff made no efforts to find a room with working aircon and instead gave me the keys to all the rooms to test the A/C and decide which one I wanted. bathrooms dirty, toilets leaking, phone to room service not working at all during our 2 week stay. Pool dirty, algae growing on the bottom and oils from sun cream and or whatever else floating on top

Staff are beautiful and accommodating . Location fantastic. Spacious clean rooms . Great value for money

Poor water pressure in showers. Looking dated in areas.

Very average,food was cold eggs were well cooked, bread was to sweet for us and the butter was all unsalted Fruit was nice.A coffee machine would have been nice.

Room 114,no water pressure, no hot water,sink blocked with filthy water, floor very slippery, air-conditioning barely cool, kettle and phone did not work. Open the curtains and all you see is rubbish, no wonder you have rats.Could not swim as ladders were to steep for me to pull myself out.
