Melasti Beach Resort & Spa Legian

Nothing much to like at the hotel.

Very old, black mould inside and outside, light fittings hanging, electrical plugs dangerous, shower didnt work properly, room wasnt going to be cleaned if I didnt insist with staff, my friend had the same, she had dirty baby nappies in her bin still when she checked in, tv was not working in my friends room and mine was terrible with limited chpices to watch, very noisy, etc Just a really unpleasant stay

There were now staff and no towels and a absolutely the worst hotel i have stayed in ,we hated it

Location was fantastic Staff fantastic Rooms had all we needed a bit old but great

Cigarette holes in the bedding in room and hard to get a pool towel

The location is good and the staff are nice

I have stayed at the Melasti many times but this time was disappointing Broken poolside furniture everywhere Horrible new paving around big pool hurts your feet and very uneven Poolside towels rarely available and very old and worn if you could get one No swim up bar at long pool anymore Holes in bed sheets Shower in our room was hanging on by one screw and water pressure was very weak Bathroom towels/hand towels not always replaced after taking other ones away In desperate need of painting everywhere

It’s very old and tried. The beds are rock hard and very uncomfortable, there are no pool towels, no umbrellas around the pool so it’s too hot to sit there. I feel sorry for the staff because everyone is complaining to them but it’s not their fault. The owner needs to spend so money on this place. Would I stay here again no
