No pool towels at all limited pool chairs

We left after a few days as the rooms were terrible and the air conditioning did not work. The bathroom's smelt of sewerage. The only good thing about this property is the staff who get abused all day from people complaining about the issues with their rooms

Location

We were originally allocated two rooms as requested. On arrival we discovered that the rooms were not located near one another, the air conditioning and the room did not lock! The rooms were unclean and the bathroom appalling. After spending one night in this room we requested to be moved. We were there moved into a family suite with 4 single beds, slight improvement in cleanliness and lock on door so winning! Don’t stay here if you want access to a clean towel. We asked everyday for a pool towel only to be told every day that there were none available ‘yet’ and to come back later. They were never available. Bath towels were scarce. Most days we had two to cover the 4 people in our room for bathing and for pool. Buffet breakfast is not great!!! Very limited options, unclean plates and cutlery available sometimes! Would I stay here again- absolutely not! should you stay here with children- absolutely not! Young people who want to save money and don’t care about cleanliness, availability of hygiene facilities, a blanket or a pillow that is thinner than a piece of paper is all it’s good for.

Hotel was a bit run down. We have stayed a few times over the past 15 years, but no maintenance has been done by the looks if it. Good spot though.

The property is very run down and we had to leave and source other accommodation. The bathroom's were disgusting and the air conditioning in both rooms did not work.

The hotel is a little aged We had 2 issues with fridges, freezing up, which the staff happily exchanged. In 1 of the rooms, the air conditioning unit leaked, but it did still worked, but again, the staff worked to fix the problem

Location is great

The whole place is being left to run down, i had to swap rooms first night due to roof leaks and no air con, several other also swapped rooms due to defects mainly due to a complete lack of maintenance on the whole resort
