Nothing Breakfast fair

Everything The smell and the state of the rooms. Mould on roof, power points falling out the wall. Pool was not clean, pool bar looked like it was not used since covid. Not happy Long walk to get to breakfast and couldnt walk out the back gate to beach due to traffic.

Close to the beach

Very run down, in need of so much maintenance. Towel rail fell off wall, shower tap came off in your hand.

A mould problem. Could even smell mould in the room

Great location but the owners need to update and repair a lot of things.

It was dirty and the pipe under the vanity had a hole in it so our bathroom floor was always wet and it was carpet.

There was not much to like except the fact that the Hotel was located very close to the beach.

We have stayed at Melasti several times over the past. But i must say this will be the last. We found the accommodation to be very unsatisfactory. From the time we arrived we were disappointed; we were told that we could not check in until 2pm. Which we understand if the resort was very full, but after we finally did get to check in, we got to our room and went to use the toilet, and the bathroom was full of water on the floor. We call room service and they came and spent the next two hours trying to fix the leak. i spoke to reception and was told i could have another room after 7pm which i said was crazy. they just said that was all they could do, after we finally settled, we found that the fridge did not work, the air con did not work, we had no towels, the safe did not work. I went to reception and voiced my disappointment and said this has happened now two years in a row. Last year we thought we would give them another chance but after this rubbish we will not be back unless there is a major upgrade to the Hotel. The sad part about all this is the Hotel has a fantastic location right on the beach and they just choose not to maintain and upgrade their facility to keep the customer happy. We spoke to many other guests and did not find one happy customer. Very Sad.. Goodbye from US
