Location.. and that's it..

Great location let down by very bad management by Penny. Here are a few issues we encountered during our stay . - given 2 rolls of toilet paper for a group of 8, and we have to chase her everyday just to get the toilet rolls.. and she was not happy to give us. - 2 small sachets of sugar for our 5 nights stay (a group of 8).. and she will only give us a more upon request - no access to washing machine.. and she gave us a basket to put in our laundry so she can do it.. - she complains that the laundry service in town is bad, and she is doing the laundry of towels of whole resort using her small washing machine.. soaking and washing.. using a small bucket at a time. - the rooms were extremely small.. and we weren't given garage when other people have their own garage.. and no discount was offered for not being able to access the garage - there were no batteries for the remote for TV or for aircond - the stand up fan has China socket plug and it is not usable without an adapter - she would give all talk about how hard the business is.. and that she is paying cash to cleaners.. as they are also getting from Centrelink.. and hard to find proper employees - doors do not lock.. toilet doors don't lock.. room doors don't lock.. - the railings at the top veranda are broken or loose and it's extremely dangerous for kids as they can fall off quite easily. Very disappointed.. great location.. but will not be returning. Not recommended to stay.

The staff were so friendly. Loved the location, so close to everything.

All beds made up, they assumed 4 meet couples, WRONG.

Garagw full of junk. Couldnt fit car in. Unit had an odd smell too it and wasnt the cleanest.

Great little townhouse for holiday. Friendly staff. Handy location. Beautiful river view. Quiet and peaceful heaven.

The check-in experience was excellent. The receptionist at the front desk provided great service, helping to introduce many tourist attractions. They were very enthusiastic. The environment was very comfortable and the facilities were complete. The experience was great
