The place was disgusting with terrible service Cockroach infested No smoke alarms Keys were handed in when checked out then they message and accuse me of not giving the keys back. So filthy and service was unprofessional.

Bedrooms are extremly small, you can't even put one suitcase into the main bedroom! Mattresses were super soft, very unconfirable to sleep in; bunkbeds are too short, my son is 185cm tall, he cannot lie flat in the bed, only supplied 3 bath towels even we mentioned there will be 5 people coming.

No tissue no toilet paper. Very rusty and dirty. No view No washing machin .everything they are claiming is wrong . It was my worse experience ever. Coffee packs were mouldy.

Lady that checked us in was really friendly.

So dirty, especially the bunk beds.. Bedding wasn't clean, hairs over bedding and pillow. My children refused to sleep on it and slept on towels. Kitchen cutlery dirty along with kettle. Windows and skirting boards looked like they'd not been cleaned in ages. Construction work right outside our cabin, workmen turned up at 6.45am!!! Local town was bleak and wouldnt want to return. Definitely wouldn't go back!!

Location was okay but the name is misleading as it's quite a drive to get to Jarvis Bay. The staff were nice

It wasn't as clean as we would have liked. No facilities for kids. No real outdoor areas. Mostly a strip of cabins. The photos are a little misleading. Doesn't really have a tranquil vibe as the cabins all face each other so no view of such
