I am shocked as to how people have rated this property so well.. when the staff is absolutely CLUELESS about basic amenities. They don't give a damn about their guests. Please do not book this property and get fooled. The AC of our room was broken, they didn't fix it, but asked us to adjust by saying.. "jo hai yehi hai" No cleanliness, the washroom had no water supply at first, when we complained, they said "motor chalana bhul gya" WTF! The service is pathetic which is why they have justified it with their Paid reviews. Worst experience EVER!!

The location of the property is good. Near to the palolem market. and beach.

I stayed at Akasa Goa around the end of September to early October, and the experience was very disappointing. The resort lacked basic cleanliness and maintenance. Starting with the rooms – they were quite small. To my shock, I even found a lizard inside my room. The bedsheets had lints that felt uncomfortable on the skin, and there was a damp, musty smell due to the wooden roofing. The kettle didn’t work, and the lighting was very dim, which spoiled the overall ambience and made it hard to enjoy time with my friends. Adding to this, while walking towards the reception, I even came across a snake on the path, which was alarming and unsafe. Overall, the stay was extremely unpleasant, and I would not recommend this resort.
