Location was perfect. Close to the palolem beach yet away from all the crowd and noise. Ambience was top notch. Filled with greenary and has got amazing view.

There was some voltage fluctuations which made the ACs work inefficiently. Bedding could be better. The double bed had two single mattresses which is a minor inconvenience.

The property is not well maintained. The price and cottages doesnt matches. Brkfast options are limited and they charge for every small thing.they give only 2 option as complementary and charge for additional. just cup of hot milk cost you 60rs.

Wooden cottage with a good amount of space, good bed and working AC. Peaceful environment with lots of greenery and outdoor space to relax. Friendly staff, actively working on maintenance during our stay. Small breakfast included in the price.

Ageing property – The wooden cottages are quite old, and the wood is slowly rotting. Our room didn’t smell bad yet, but it likely will with time, like the other one we've been shown. Poor Lightning - two light bulbs for the entire room. Poor breakfast variety – Very limited selection of items in the included breakfast. Low-Quality Pool – The pool is just a bag filled with water, not a real tiled structure. Pool Safety Issue – The ladder broke, filling the pool with rust. Although it was cleaned and replaced the next day, the new "ladder" was just PVC pipes glued together, not a proper fixture. Poor Value for Money – Overall, the value of this hotel was poor. We found much better deals outside Palolem later in our trip. Despite the issues, we were generally happy with our stay—but we wouldn’t return.

Basic rooms. Too expensive for facilities they are providing When we checked in AC was not working when we complainted instead of giving us new room although there were rooms available.they made us wait for 3 hours outside the room. After fighting we got new room. Swimming pool is temporary arrangement without maintenance. Water was dirty.

Staff are great as is the location. Beautiful grounds. Salty Goa restaurant attached serves great food and has lovely staff.

Pool area is dreadful, pool is dirty, not cleaned regularly. It is coming away from the decking leaving huge gaps around the sides, extremely dangerous for children. Nails are sticking up and the whole pool area needs a complete revamp as it is not only dangerous but unsightly too. Rooms would benefit from a fridge.

There were nets on the ceiling and the fan was also totally dirty . Just loved the salty restaurant breakfast and food that was amazing and upto mark . Rest for room if possible would give - rating

Quiet garden-like setting. Quiet air conditioning. Lots of hanging space. Bed extremely comfortable ensuring a good night's sleep. Long way from the noise of the beach which was within easy walking distance. Breakfast highly enjoyable. Our 5th visit. Would we go again? Most certainly.

The pool does not fit the deck area but we are told that is being rectified.
