Airport shuttles consists of a 90-minute drive and a 5-minute boat trip. To secure it, guests are required contact the property 48 hours in advance providing check-in and check-out dates, flight details and full name of all the passengers. Payment is done at the property. The boat ride is 45 minutes. Swimming pool 1 is only available for guests staying in rooms Plus. Please note, spa facilities are available for an extra fee. Please note the property requests all adults and children to present a passport or valid identification at the time of check-in. Please note that children under 18 years old must be in the company of their parents. The property will apply conditions and requests documents to proof the parenthood or parental permission. La comida estuvo bien, pero muy costoso para lo que es en realidad. La playa bien, pero muchas personas dejan toallas en los kioskos y se van a comer y bloquean el uso de los kioskos. El personal dentro del hotel amable, los de la recepción, malísimos.

Me tuvieron 20 minutos sin permitirme el ingreso al hotel por que dentro de su registro supuestamente no estaba mi hijo de 2 años, no comprendo que era lo que pretendían restringiéndonos el ingreso con un menor de edad que necesitaba alimentarse y estar tranquilo, abusaron de su poder y autoridad, nos cobraron 1 millón de pesos adicionales por ingresar a nuestro hijo asegurando que no estaba en la reserva cuando en realidad si estaba incluido. Ha sido la peor experiencia en un hotel, malísimo el servicio y la atención tanto de los vigilantes como de las personas de la recepción.

Las vistas, el mar hermoso🌊, la atención de todo el personal, la habitación muy amplia, la cena en el restaurante EURASIA espectacular, también la atención allí muy calidad, sin solicitarlo nos sirvieron un postre especial por nuestro aniversario. Disponibilidad de camas balinesas, y muy buena atención también en el bar, te sirven lo que pidas en todo lado tanto restaurantes como snacks.

En la playa fue difícil encontrar sombrilla ⛱️ y silla asoleadora. Si bien en el buffet la comida es rica y la atención muy, muy buena, le falta variedad y calidad, sentí que para el precio la alimentación en el buffet fue sencilla. En la habitación aunque tenia nevera la dejan vacía a diferencia de otras cadenas todo incluído que allí te dejan cerveza, agua, y otras bebidas hidratantes. Sin embargo volveríamos, quedamos encantados, , todo nos gustó, solo unas observaciones, ojalá las tuvieran en cuenta.
