الموظفين جميعهم بلا استثناء يعملون بحب ويقدموا الراحة لكل النزلاء شكرا لهم من قلبي جميعا ومن اذكر منهم احمد ياسين كان المساعد طوال الرحلة ماشاء الله عالواتس ماقصر والشيف عبدالرزاق جدا محترم ومتعاون ومينا وابراهيم ومحمد وبصراحة كلهم يحتاجوا الشكر حتى من نسيت اسمه - تنوع الفعاليات كل يوم غير لدرجة محتارين متى نحدد يوم الخروج مم الفندق وبالاخير كنسلنا الطلعة واكتفينا بالفندق

الشيء الوحيد وممكن مااعتبره جدا سلبي ولكن فقرة الاطفال بلغة غير عربية اعتقد روسية ومكررة كل يوم والاغاني المصرية بشكل عام جدا قليلة ولكن عند طلبنا لها يلبوها

As in every hotel, breakfast was very similar every day. However, it was delicious. Lunch and dinner were different every day, the food was beautifully presented, and most importantly, it was very diverse and delicious.

It's impossible to describe how great the staff at this hotel is until you see it for yourself. The staff are very kind and very helpful. The hotel has a great atmosphere, which helps you enjoy your vacation. The staff always greets you with a smile, and Mohamed at the front desk is incredibly helpful.
