Personale molto gentile e molto disponibile, la struttura offre molti servizi. È un hotel per famiglie, con i nostri bambini ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Nous avons passé une super séjour en famille dans cet hôtel Tout est adapté pour les enfants On s’y sent vraiment bien ! Ahmed Yassine à la réception est d’une gentillesse incroyable et il parle français Mostafa l’homme de chambre est très gentil également et nous nettoyait la chambre tous les jours Ils sont très gentils avec les enfants aussi Merci à tout le personnel

Все хорошо

Прекрасно провели время в отеле. Заселили очень быстро, на рецепшн(как и во всем отеле) очень вежливый персонал, все расскажут, покажут, объяснят, помогут. Спасибо Shenoudaза помощь. Для семей с детьми - идеальный вариант. Номера чистые и просторные. Уборка каждый день и очень качественная. Спасибо, Мустафа. Питание разнообразное и голодными точно тут не останетесь. Аквапарк, горки в а любой возраст и вкус. Анимация, развлечения - все есть на высшем уровне. Также хочу отметить, что за время пребывания у нас была утеряна коляска (унесло ветром) - и нам в тот же день ее нашли. Все что теряется - собирается персоналом и отдается на рецепшн. Так же я забыла айфон за ужином и персонал его сохранил и мне вернул за что безумная благодарность. Только положительные впечатления и наши искрение рекомендации для тех кто хочет хорошо отдохнуть, особенно с детками смело выбирайте, не пожалеете.

The food selection for breakfast, lunch, dinner was great! Everything was always fresh and available. Our room exceeded expectations, it was spacious, nicely located near the pool and bar, the balcony was our favourite place of all, we could listen to the evening show while enjoying drinks and snacks outside and right next to our room. Room service was amazing, Nagy, our housekeeping manager, was always very polite, kind, attentive. Took care of the room and always left pleasant surprises. Reception staff was available 24/7 for any requests and questions and were surprisingly helpful all the time, no matter what issues we needed solved, or no matter what requests we had. We were in touch with Shenouda and Ahmed the most, and it felt like having a personal assistant at any time, who cares how you are, what you are eating and if you need anything at all, starting from water, restaurant bookings, electric appliances or booking taxis and travelling around Sinai or Egypt. They are also very proactive in terms of finding out how your holidays is going and offering assistance or services. We also had a kid's birthday party during our stay and can tell that our birthday boy was so so happy with the arrangement that we got from the hotel, this experience will stay in our memories!

Out of all the restaurants on the hotel territory, we felt like the Italian could use some improvement. Service was great, like everywhere in the hotel, but the food could have been better.
