The welcoming was great , we checked in our hotel room in 15 mins thanks to Osama and Shenouda The staff in the restaurant , bar , towel center, and everywhere were always smiling and helpful The aqua park was fun and the animation team did a great job too Great for kids and family vacation but if you are just adults with no kids i would pass

The food wasn’t that great , needs a little bit of improvement. We had an incident with the pharmacy representative (Mohamed)which was not great at all and he treated us really but we understand it is an outside retailer and we made a complaint and the manager Eslam Eissa started investigating and apologized to us .

Aqua park and team hospitality

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno bellissimo! Tutto lo staff è stato sempre gentile, sorridente e disponibile, facendoci sentire accolti dal primo all’ultimo giorno. Anche il fotografo è stato davvero bravissimo e sempre disponibile. Gli scivoli erano stupendi, super divertenti sia per grandi che per bambini! Il cibo molto buono e vario, con una colazione ricca e abbondante ogni mattina. La nostra camera era davvero meravigliosa: grande, spaziosa e molto elegante, con una bellissima vasca e un vetro particolare che affacciava direttamente sulla stanza, rendendo l’atmosfera ancora più speciale. Un’esperienza che porteremo nel cuore, torneremo sicuramente!

Yemekler Türk damak tadına uymuyor ve çeşit az. Animasyon çok kötü ve zayıf, akşam yemeğinden sonra yetişkinlerin yapacağı bir şey yok, çok sivri sinek var. İlaçlandığını 7 gün boyunca görmedik, alkol olanakları çok kötü…

Loved everything about Charmillion club aquapark! The aqua park was huge and kept my son entertained for hours. Excellent service, delicious food, and very clean facilities. A perfect choice for a fun-filled holiday, Special thanks to the receptionist Mr. Mohamed adel who Handel everything.

We had a wonderful stay at Charmillion Club Aqua Park. The aqua park was very clean, well maintained, and really enjoyable for both adults and kids. All the staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful with a smile. The room was excellent — very clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully prepared throughout our stay. The view from the room was amazing, and we could see the aqua park directly from our balcony, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Abdullah, Ahmed, and Shenouda from reception for their kindness and excellent service during our stay. Big appreciation as well to Mr. Hossam, Mr. Ahmed from Palma Restaurant, and Muhammad the waiter at Palma Restaurant for the amazing hospitality and great service every day. Also thank you to Mustafa from housekeeping for keeping the room clean and comfortable, and to Mr. Ahmed at Hendi Restaurant and Merhaba Restaurant for the warm welcome and excellent food experience. A special mention to the animation team as well — they were amazing, very energetic, and organized a lot of fun activities during the day for both kids and adults. The evening shows were entertaining and enjoyable every night, which made the atmosphere even more lively and memorable. The hotel atmosphere was fantastic, the staff truly made us feel at home, and the overall experience was unforgettable. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation in Sharm El Sheikh!
