Mitsis Norida

Everything was absolutely beautiful – the staff is very kind, the food is excellent and plentiful, pizza and pancakes are delicious. The sea is usually calm and simply stunning, and overall everything feels just perfect!

The only small downside is that the rooms and the furniture don’t really meet the standards of a 5-star hotel, but they are clean, well-kept, and the housekeepers are extremely friendly.

Servizio al tavolo delle bevande un po’ lento, da rivedere specie nelle giornate con più ospiti.

A special thank you to the smoky grill restaurant chef and the manager. They all exceeded our expectations and made our trip!!!

The rooms were basic but clean and private

We were both electrocuted by the plug sockets via our phone charger multiple times on the first night. This was reported to reception and they sent an electrician who swapped the fuses. We had a member of staff walk in without knocking and saw my girlfriend completely naked as she had just got out of the shower. The food was absolutely terrible with no flavour and no options. We were only allowed to book transfers from the hotel through the hotels preferred company, who hiked up the prices and were often late. They were 40 minutes late to take us to the airport making us almost miss our flight. They didn’t care and reception were massively unhelpful. I could go on.
