Excellent breakfast, seaside marvelous swimming in the sea was fantastic.

Some of the stuff, when speaking in Greek (they were non native greek speakers), were not using polite language, I would propose to hire much more local greek speaking (and of course multi other languages) personnel

In the first place, hotel was very clean and well organized. Foods are good enough, pools and the beach were perfect. But most impressive thing was friendly, helpfull and smiling hotel staff. They were really really good in their job !

Location of the hotel is quite away from Port of Kos. They can arrange shuttle from port to hotel.

Big, very well organized. Facilities are not new, bath tubs, towels, beds are not the best but they are good enough. But it is by far the cleanest place i have stayed in! Staff is extraordinary: Super nice, professional, smiling faces in the middle of crowds! Thanks to each and every employee for making us feel at home! Food was delicious, there is food 24hrs! Beach bars handling crowd amazingly with a variety of decent drinks. I rarely write good reviews but Metsis Norida was worth it.

Would be best to see the layout before booking and if possible decide which part you want to stay. The area is really big and there are not many elevators or entrance for long floors if you are in one corner. We already decided rooms to ask for the next time!:)

Swimming pools, proximity to sea, high quality food and drinks, entertainment (including for children) and amazing friendly staff

There’s a bit of a rush on sunbeds round the pools. We went a couple of times at 8.30am to leave our towels there and only got 1 sunbed for 3 of us. Some families leave their towels on several sunbeds and barely use any of them.
