Food across the board was excellent. Drinks were good Staff friendly and helpful. Renovated pool areas are great just have to be there before 9am to get a sun bed or later in the day. We had a large room that overlooked the sea

Our room was big but had a super small balcony which wasn’t really comfortable to relax on. Lack of aircon in areas of hotel (reception, ampitheatre) Some communal areas of hotel could do with an update

Loved the all inclusive experience. Being able to get drinks anytime, the restaurants you can book a table for are absolutely incredible. The creparie was so cool and the pizzas on the beach. Love how open it is and not to mention the breath taking view. We had two different rooms during our stay. One with the sea view which I loved. How the pools light up at night is so beautiful. In our second room we had a Mountain View. Honestly can’t pick which one was better. The food at the main restaurant was amazing. Such great selections everyday for breakfast lunch and dinner. And I was super happy with the hospitality from the staff.

At the pools, there were signs EVERYWHERE saying sun beds cannot be reserved. As an early bird myself, I woke up at 6/7 everyday just to find all the beds with things on top. I found one bed on one of the days during my stay. My mum laid on it and I sat on the floor. The beds next to us with things on it were left like that for almost 4 hours!! This is super unfair for people who actually want to use it. People wake up at 4 in the morning, put there things on it and only come back hours hours hours later. Despite all the signs saying staff will remove unattended items left for over an hour, staff didn’t do anything about it. I really hope something is done about it in the future. Why should my family of three share one bed whilst other families reserve 3+ beds that they don’t use for the whole day? That was the only bad thing of my stay!

The location of Norida is inside a little village with several other Mitsis hotels: Blue Domes and Summer Palace. The nice and clean pebble beach with water sports facility of other hotels a few steps away is excellent (just don’t expect to find a place after 7am first two rows next to the sea. Lounge chairs weren’t that comfortable, they were better by the pool and on the grass. The staff is exceptional: from the kind and helpful ladies at the reception (Soteria, Katarina) to the fantastic activity program yoga, Pilates, beach volley, aqua gym and tennis by Sophia, Parthenia and lady from Lausanne and the kids club was great with Effy and the girls with the funny name(s) according to our daughter. Service in restaurants: the staff was correct and enough to deal with the high amount of people, all did their best and made contact with the guests. Food: plenty of choice for vegetarians and vegans. It was nice to be able to have also additional food choices on the beach like pizza, gyro pita and near pools: ice cream and pancakes. Evening program was nice with possibility to go to other hotels for different shows. Also pleasant open air fitness area and salty water pools! There is a possibility to go to the bus stop opposite the hotel and take the bus to Kos city. The foam dino during the last days of our stay was such a good idea! The kids loved it. The quizz movie and song nights were a good way to let the brain work, similar games would be even more fun.

First of all, renovation of football area is needed and additional shade tents over fitness area! A wooden floor would have been much better. Also, the staff doing yoga should be able to use the Summer palace facility on the beach or a similar structure should be erected in Norida. There was clear demand for these activities, but the fact that there was no dedicated calm space to do them was a downside. Imagine meditating near swimming pool with kids in front of a kids club. Tennis nets should be redone. Really disturbing for players. Lounge chairs on the beach should be changed into comfortable ones and more should be added. Better shades in kids club would be nice and better AC. There are queue’s everywhere, but it’s not disturbing as you understand that August is the busiest month. You have to be prepared that you share all facilities with others. I felt more could be done to reduce the food waistline and more environmentally friendly actions could be taken.

Our room was clean and spacious. it was on the mountain side. it was on the employee entrance and exit side of other facilities. it was a little noisy. There was no music in the pool. There was no animation. It was very good.The pools were big and beautiful. There is a shortage of sunbeds. they come early in the morning and hold it with a towel.

The facility is far from the center of the island. If you do not rent a car, you have to reach by bus. for the first 2 days, there was red mullet or mullet, which was fried without a head. and there was squid in the consistency of plastic. other than that there was no seafood.There was very little beef. Chicken and pork were plentiful. à la carte restaurants are totally scam. We did not make a reservation. but it was great that it was free!!
