Las villas y las instalaciones son impecables, con un diseño exquisito y cuidados detalles que elevan la experiencia a un nivel superior. Nuestro más sincero agradecimiento a Gusti, Ade y June, cuya dedicación, cordialidad y atención constante hicieron de nuestra estancia una experiencia inolvidable. Sin duda, se trata de un hotel de auténtico lujo al que regresaría con total certeza.

Absolument tout. Nous sommes venus initialement pour la vue sur les rizières et la piscine privative mais Uma Jamai est bien plus que cela : tout était parfait, le personnel (notamment Jun et Gusty) est aux petits soins, toujours souriant et de bons conseils touristiques, la chambre est magnifiquement décorée tout comme les jardins, les repas et les cocktails sont excellents, les masseuses du spa nous ont probablement prodigué un des meilleurs massages de notre vie, les équipements tout comme la literie sont d’excellente qualité. Et l’hôtel multiplie les petites attentions / surprises ce qui contribue à rendre le séjour exceptionnel. Merci à toute l’équipe

Una experiencia excelente al comenzar nuestro viaje por Bali. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el trato fue totalmente personalizado, y la atención de Ami, Gusti, Rana y todo el equipo fue simplemente brillante. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, muy bien decoradas y con un ambiente acogedor que hace que no quieras irte de Ubud. El desayuno muy bueno y la piscina del hotel ofrece unas vistas increíbles a los arrozales. Sin duda, volveremos a Uma Kalai

Our stay at Uma Kalai was the best decision we could've made - it's a short drive from Ubud centre and still you feel like you're in the middle of a national park. Beautiful view, great rooms, phenomenal food. And yet, by far the best thing about our stay were the people working there. Throughout our stay we were treated like kings and at the same time very friendly. We have a feeling we were able to grasp a bit of Balinese culture and the way of living just by talking to out great hosts. All the people working here a true inspiration on how one should approach their job - with love, care and passion. We were impressed how every individual team member felt responsible for our total experience there, no matter their job description. Thank you Eka for keeping your team inspired, thank you Ami for your wonderful smile every morning, thank you Putu for the nice chats about football and cruises, thank you Ade for your care and recommendations, thank you Gusti for your great energy! A big thank you to your masseuse whose name we forgot and who jumped into the butler role for us :) A big thank you goes to your skilled masseuses who saved my back and to our driver and guide Dedu who made us fall in love with the Balinese way of living during our 1-day trip around Ubud area. Highly recommended, all high expectations exceeded and we want you to know that your influence on us goes beyond great customer service! One day we'll be back for sure! Stay awesome :)

Everyone there treated us very well. Eka was very welcoming and provided a welcome drink. Gusti delivered our belongings to the room and gave us ample information about the location and recommendations. Ade and Ami were both incredibly helpful and accommodating in every way. It truly feels like you're being pampered staying here. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to be close enough to Ubud but experience a unique and tranquil luxury experience.

Breathe-taking views, worth coming for those already. Peace and quiet. Very good fresh a la carte breakfast with things like smoothies and avocado toast. Really good thorough massage at the spa. When I asked if I could have milk in the room to use with the coffee capsules, I was given a small bottle of fresh milk and it was replenished daily - excellent service. Gym has a Pilates machine.

Room had too little space to lay down your bits and bobs, even a small chair/stool would help. When travelling alone in search of relaxation, too much attention (however kind and friendly) can feel just a little overwhelming - I don’t necessarily want to tell to people every day what I am going to do and then explain afterwards how it was.
