Excellent breakfast. And excellent meals. The hotel has a fabulous view and a relaxing silence. The staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel at home. Nothing, absolutely nothing, is overlooked. Everything is perfect and genuine, making the guest feel welcome. They go above and beyond to accommodate any reservation or trip request to the island we needed. I won't mention the names of the excellent staff who served us for fear of forgetting someone. Everything was perfect. We highly recommend it. It represents true Indonesian hospitality!

Hotel era ótimo, com um serviço fantástico. Os empregados eram muito atenciosos e simpáticos. A comida era ótima. A vista era maravilhosa e tudo muito confortável. Adorei a estadia e especialmente a simpatia de todos. Tem uma mesa ao ar livre com uma vista fantastica onde se pode tomar o pequeno almoco, almoco e jantar.

Nothing. This place is amazing

Uma Kalai was the highlight of our trip to Bali. The place itself is beautiful and convenient to all of the activities we wanted to do. However Gusti, Jun, and Ade were really what set the whole experience over the top. Starting from the second we arrived they consulted with us on our itinerary making helpful recommendations every day. They also made sure we always had a drink in our hand whether it be a fresh squeezed juice, a coffee, or one of their many excellent cocktails (Gusti even showed me how to make his mojito and Ade his Negroni). After spending the week there, I didn’t get a chance to try the local suckling pig, so Jun even went out of his way to drop one off at our next hotel near his home. They didn’t just give great service but truly treated us as friends in a way no other hotel could replicate. Beyond the excellent butler service, the food was impeccable. I tried nearly every item on the menu and from top to bottom it was exceptional - we actually regretted the one night we went out to a “nice” restaurant. The spa was amazing as well - I highly recommend a Balinese massage, my back has never felt better. And we even got to do some yoga on the deck one morning with the spectacular view from the pool. They also arranged a driver, Rana, to facilitate our daily activities which was both affordable and he could not have been nicer and even added some stops to our itinerary which made our days feel a little more spontaneous and fun.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Uma Kalai. Der Service ist exzellent und die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir haben bei all unseren Reisen selten einen so außergewöhnlichen und hervorragenden Service erlebt wie hier. Vielen Dank! Das Essen war ebenso ausgezeichnet und wir haben 2 tolle Touren über das Hotel gebucht! Wir freuen uns jetzt schon wieder zu kommen!

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet hôtel fantastique : les chambres sont magnifiques, bien équipées et confortables, le service du personnel est incroyable, toujours heureux de vous aider même à la dernière minute, anticipant vos besoins lorsque vous partez en excursion. L'endroit est également magnifique. Les massages sont excellents et la salle de sport est bien. Il y a tout ce que l'on peut attendre d'un hôtel 5 étoiles.
