"Perfect quiet getaway"

The design, staff and its beauty.

Limited places to visit on foot outside the resort, although not really a problem as the resort was so wonderful to stay in.

Beautiful, idyllic location. Clean facilities. Friendly and helpful staff.

There was nothing I didn’t like but it’s fairly pricey (as all Hyatt hotels). You are, however, getting an excellent experience.

Blown away by the service & kindness of all working at the resort -.. nothing was too much trouble .. complimentary shuttle car service to village, town & beach were an added bonus & daily afternoon tea & demonstrations of Balinese life was lovely! Yoga , Meditation & Tai Chi classes were superb & studio pavilion location outstanding . The spa treatments are wonderful too. At time of writing , there is some conservation sea wall / path work going on (which we were not aware of) so around the pool you may experience noise . However this is beyond the hotel control & they work hard to ensure your stay is enjoyable. The resort is small & very personal . You quickly become part of the “family”. ; you are greeted by name & receive a warm welcome on arrival . The line up to say goodbye when we left had me an emotional wreck :)

"A peaceful retreat"

A quiet resort away from the hassles of the city. Very serene and peaceful. Must visit their spa as our balinese massage, therapeutic massage and foot reflexology were top notch.

Het is een prachtig hotel op een fantastische plek. Zeer attent personeel. Heerlijk gegeten.

Het bed was aan de korte kant, het was zeker geen extra groot kingsize bed zoals vermeldt op Booking. Er was geen gym.
