"Bad condition resort"

Near to mountain is very queit to stay and restaurant food is quite nice.

The resort is very run down. Not worth the price to pay. Toilet is broken down, even room floor is broken also. I can say quite bad condition. They charging the price not up to the minimum required standard. Bed is not comfortable and not well maintained. Please think twice before you book.

The staff at Jiwa Jawa are all very friendly and helpful and they kindly gave us an upgrade this trip. The room they gave us was fabulous and we were really thrilled with the size and location. The restaurant is also fantastic. Food is great and restaurant staff very professional.

More effort needed on cleanliness. The window sills were full of dead flies and the soap dispenser was empty.

"Pleasant"

The location was great for an early morning start to Mount Bromo. The restaurnt was good.

The room was very cold. The bathroom was dirty when we arrived and was not cleaned for the two days we were there.

"Very basic room in good location for Bromo"

Location ideal for Bromo excursion. Good breakfast with many options, decent dinner.

Very small room, no WiFi in room, bathroom was not clean and very old.
