It is a decent property which is well maintained and has necessary facilities when traveling specially with family. Beach is just few mins away on motorbike. Benaulim, Sernabatim,colva all r nearby beaches. Restaurants are nearby. The staff were very friendly. Assisted us with all our requirements. Overall a wonderful experience. Definitely value for money

They had a simple but good breakfast - fruits, eggs, idlis, bread, butter, jam, tea & coffee. The staff was extremely helpful and importantly always smiling. We were a group of 37 people and everyone was well looked after. Requests for water, tea / coffee was met promptly. Overall a wonderful stay.

They do not have a restaurant, though enough menus to order in from.

Nothing bathroom was very old bed sheets were used one as matter of fact left early cause I couldn’t had a good rest mosquito was all over couch was leather was cracked
