The room and bathroom were nice and clean, bed was comfortable, the balcony was nice.

The staff were not helpful, felt like they didn't care. The interactions whit the receptionist were awkward.

Service and kids enjoyed the swimming pool

The staff were good in responding quickly and helping out with stuffs we needed like knife, match sticks, cleaning etc. especially the service at the desk by Uriel and Rishel were very satisfying and helpful. The smiles and greetings by the boys assisting around were a treat to watch. I would come back to the place mainly because of their services. Rooms were nice too especially the cleanliness, spaciousness, couch, terrace with the greenery views. The swimming pool was nice, clean and the water was being exchanged every 2-3 days. The breakfast was not that bad. I loved the bicycle 🚲 they had which we used to reach the beach and market conveniently and the cost was okay.

The kitchen was not so helpful especially without a heating/induction plate and some pots. They could alternate the puri/oily flatbread sometimes with idly or likes.

The rooms were neat, clean n spacious. 👌 The location is nice there is lot of greenery around and it is very peaceful.

They can add more facilities e.g. a gaming room with board games, TT table, Carrom etc

Very neat and clean and service is good.recommended for stay with family.

The reception counter to be modified which looks not good as per resort.
