Rooms were maintained neat and clean. Peaceful stay

Had requested for late check-out, initially they accepted for late check-out and we also did an hour early check out and still charged half the amount of booking. The receptionist blamed us stating we spent a lot of time at the pool which was also at noon, not even post 6pm so we anyway need to pay them. Before booking to this hotel we did not have any rules which told we are required to use the pool for certain hours. This was really disappointing for a regular guest like us.

Staffs are really helpful. Ram and Manoranjan was there always to help us. Things i liked about Paloma De Goa Resort, 1) Just 1.7kms from Colva beach. 2) Rented cycles available in resort 3) Helpful staffs 4) Swimming pool was too good 5) Complimentary breakfast was amazing 6) Rooms are good and maintaining well 7) Hot and cool water available in bathroom 8) Resort does not have a restaurant but one nearby hotel delivering good food till 11.00pm
