Only the location was great!

We booked premium rooms with a view but we were provided only premium and deluxe rooms and they denied the fact. The rooms shown in the picture didn't match with one that was provided and they said the pictures were incorrect.The breakfast provided was also not up to the mark.The service quality is quite poor.

I very rarely write reviews but felt compelled to because this hotel experience was terrible. But really, it is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. And considering the price they are charging it’s even more disappointing. I booked a room which I knew didn’t have a view, but it also didn’t have a window. There was no natural light. I thought the shower was a positive (hot water) but then my friend’s room didn’t have hot water the entire time. Turns out you have to tell the staff when you want to shower so they can turn the boiler on - but no one told us that! The wifi is terrible, which I can understand because of the location and cloud cover but they should not advertise it as having good wifi. It’s impossible to work remotely or take video calls here. We didn’t eat lunch or dinner, but the breakfast was below average. And the staff were extremely unhelpful. They did not seem to care one bit about any issue raised with them. How they can sell the room that I was given for over 5,000 a night is unbelievable. I’ve included a photo in this review. And even when trying to leave, the payment system was a mess. The staff weren’t able to reconcile the amount with the deposit I had paid through booking.com. I can see others have had similar experiences to me, I could not recommend more against this establishment.

The hotel was in the area where taxi can't go .so we will have to go upto our car by running on foot for approx 500 metre.
