The hotel has an ideal location on the Mall. It’s a pedestrian street so the taxi stops you off A few hundred yards away. The hotel staff come and get your bags. This was much easier than the reports we read. A nice hotel. Great views when it’s not cloudy. Lovely terrace. Staff very sweet and helpful.

It was a bit cold in the hotel and the electric heater we asked for initially didn’t work and had to ask for another. Then it was fine. They could make it cosier with a nice fire etc.

The loved the view from the room.

There were broken toilet seats, uncleaned toilets that made our first impression not so good. Although it’s an off season, the facilities should still be kept neatly considering the booking.
