Food need improvement. Room size is slighr small.

We stayed at the the hotel for 5 days, and were very satisfied. Mr. Mostafa Habib at the reception was especilly helpful and always provided good and accurate information. Ms. Samira Guliyeva the customer service was also a very friendly and helpful Lady. The all staff were very nice and respectful problem. We would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

We had a wonderful stay and would like to thank the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable. The reception staff were always welcoming, professional, and ready to help with any request. The security officers did an excellent job and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained every day. The food was delicious with a great variety of choices, and every meal was a pleasure. A special thank you to the animation team for bringing so much fun, energy, and positive vibes, specially to Antonia and Marco. Their activities, shows, and friendly attitude made our vacation even more memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again soon!

Beach is without question best one in Hurgahda. A special thank you goes to the entertainment team, who were warm, friendly, and always made the activities fun and interesting. They brought so much positive energy and helped create unforgettable memories during our stay. We would especially like to mention Marco, Bibo, and Nicole, who were absolutely amazing! Their kindness, enthusiasm, and dedication made a huge difference and added a personal touch to our vacation. Thank you to the entire team for such a fantastic experience. We had a wonderful holiday at Swiss Inn Hotel and enjoyed every minute of our stay. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its perfect location directly on the Memsha promenade. It is great to be able to take an evening walk, visit shops, cafés, and enjoy the lively atmosphere just outside the hotel. The beach is beautiful and very well maintained, with clear water and plenty of sunbeds. It was the perfect place to relax during the day. The food was excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes with something new to try every day. Everything was fresh and delicious. The entertainment team did a fantastic job keeping guests entertained. The foam party was one of the highlights of our holiday – so much fun, with great music and an amazing atmosphere! There were always activities available for those who wanted to join, making every day enjoyable.

Wonderfull place, wonderful team 1000% worth every peny and for sure I recommend it and for sure I will come.

Really I cannot remember a single thing that has been bad.
