Прекрасный отдых, куда хочется вернуться! Остались под большим впечатлением от отдыха в Swiss Inn Resort. Это то место, где действительно чувствуешь себя желанным гостем. Что особенно понравилось: Персонал: Это сердце отеля. Невероятно добрые, отзывчивые и улыбчивые люди. Любой вопрос решается мгновенно, при этом сервис очень ненавязчивый и искренний. Питание: Выше всяких похвал! Кухня очень разнообразная, каждый день можно пробовать что-то новое. Есть блюда на любой вкус — от привычной европейской классики до интересных местных специалитетов. Всё очень свежее и вкусно приготовлено. Территория: Отель очень ухоженный и зеленый. Прогуливаться по территории — одно удовольствие, везде чистота и порядок. Ландшафтный дизайн продуман так, что всегда можно найти уютное место для отдыха. Досуг: Скучать точно не пришлось. Программа для отдыхающих очень насыщенная и интересная, при этом анимация качественная и не «бьет по ушам». Вечерние шоу и дневные активности добавляют отличного настроения. Итог: Если вы ищете место с душевной атмосферой, отличной едой и качественным сервисом в Хургаде — однозначно рекомендую Swiss Inn. Огромное спасибо всей команде отеля за наш чудесный отпуск!

We stayed at the hotel as a group of five adults. We booked two Royal Rooms and one with a sea view. All our rooms were fresh and very pleasant. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided, and water, tea, and coffee were restocked daily. The rooms were cleaned every day, and the cleanliness in the rooms and throughout the property was excellent. The hotel grounds aren’t huge, but they’re very green and well-maintained. The drive from the airport took 12 minutes; the hotel itself is located on a very beautiful promenade, where we took evening walks. I’d like to give a special thanks to Mr. Yasser at the front desk and the entire team for their hospitality, customer-focused service, and very personal approach. And once again, I’d like to express my gratitude here for organizing our friend’s birthday celebration. A big thank you to all the hotel staff for the excellent service. We were very pleased with the food at the à la carte restaurants: the meat was presented very impressively at the grill restaurant, and the pies at the Lebanese restaurant were superb. At lunch and dinner, they serve chilled wine of decent quality. A beautiful sandy beach, spacious, with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas; fresh towels were always available for exchange. The entry into the sea is convenient, and there are areas for swimming in deeper water. You can swim without special footwear without any worries. We have only positive memories of this resort. See you again!

For the third year and still an absolutely amazing vacation. I love it here! ❤️ The hotel services have improved dramatically, and I have to admit that the food is fantastic as well. There is a choice of several restaurants, and everywhere the food is diverse with a wide variety of flavors. The staff also deserve special mention—they work incredibly hard, whether it’s the bartenders, chefs, lifeguards, housekeeping, or gardeners. They do a truly perfect job, and even though they spend all day in the sun, they are always smiling. I have huge respect for them ❤️👏🏼. Such kind and welcoming staff ❤️. The rooms are spacious and always clean! The gardens are beautiful, and the entire environment is spotless. What I consider a downside is the animation team—the playlist repeating over and over again unfortunately becomes annoying after a few days. The morning guitar melodies, aqua gym with the same song, and in the afternoon the same bachata or Jamaica-style music on repeat. We would also love some Arabic music. Why isn’t it played? We are in Egypt—it needs a bit more energy and local atmosphere. Simply changing the playlist would make it far less repetitive after several days. I highly recommend this hotel after many years of experience. I absolutely love it here and will keep coming back again and again ❤️

Everything was amazing. The rooms were clean, the food offered a huge variety, and the staff didn’t just do their jobs — they genuinely cared about the guests. I have never experienced this level of dedication in any other hotel. You can find clean hotels with good food elsewhere, but such an attentive and sincere staff is very rare. The waiters, lifeguards, cleaners — everyone was exceptional.

Minden klassz volt. Ami jobb volt, mint máshol, a napernyők amelyeken részben átsütött az erős Afrikai nap, az állítható szélvédő szerkezetek minden napozó hely mellett, a szélvédett öböl a 3 féle friss juice állandóan.

A black out Függönyök csak az ablak két szélén voltak, így reggel világos volt.
