Todo!! Hermosa experiencia. Nos dieron un aumento de categoría de la habitación sin tener que pagar nada extra. Una maravilla la atención, la comida, las habitaciones, las instalaciones en general. La playa tiene una vista maravillosa tal cual la foto, las habitaciones son iguales a las imágenes . El predio súper limpio, las piscinas son una maravilla. La playa es transparente, sin basura, sin algas.. Hermoso

Lo único a tener en cuenta, pero creo que es con Booking, es que la publicación cuando reservamos no aclaraba que las bebidas con alcohol no estaban incluidas en el precio, aunque decía "todo incluído" y que la habitación con vista al parque es en un predio del hotel cruzando una calle abierta. Tuvimos la suerte de que al hacer el check-in nos regalaron el aumento de categoría de habitación hacia la zona del hotel directo a la playa y también las bebidas con alcohol para la estadía completa. Estuvo maravilloso. Gracias Swiss Inn ❤️🥰

This hotel was listed as a 5 star hotel when booking, it is a very good 3.5 star. Paid extra money for that 5 star experience. The staff are amazing, can only say most everyone there providing excellent, attentive and friendly service, without being pushy for tips. Food was okay, but it is a hotel that is catering for lots of different nationalities. All facilities that were listed when booking were not available when we stayed in April 2026. Wrong room given when checked in, had to change again next day to correct room. Would stay again if the price was fitting to its actual real life star rating. Hope this helps.

Staff absolutely deserve a 5 out of 5. Food 2 out of 5. Considering we are surrounded by spice, none made it into the food. BLAND. BLAND, tasteless, boring. Shame. Cold or lukewarm offerings. Hot food, served cold. Repetitive dishes. Best dishes were the salad and fresh feta cheese selections. Who in the world has cold mash potatoes for breakfast? And I'm a mash potatoes fan. ??? Coffee at the two beach bars is great. AI if you like quantity over taste.. this is your perfect place to stay. !

Stayed for five fabulous nights. It was truly relaxing and carefree from the moment we arrived. This hotel is attractive and tasteful in its public areas and very well maintained. Everything is kept spotlessly clean. It has a lovely beach location where the mini bay makes it very good to swim at all states of tide with gently sloping sandy edge and crystal clear water. Our Premier sea view room was fantastic and the artistic towel and flower creations produced by our charming housekeeper Mohammed are the best we’ve seen across many countries. There was great food with lots of choices and unlike quite a few all inclusive as, the wine, spirits and cocktails were all extremely pleasant. The gardens are full of flowers, well maintained by the friendly gardeners. What really makes this place special though are the staff who were universally excellent, helpful, attentive and charming from Mohammed in housekeeping, Islam and Mohamed in the restaurant, Amr in the bar and the wonderfully welcoming and helpful Ahmed Mazhar in reception. Nothing is too much trouble whilst at the same time they seem to be a contented working team and many have been there for years, reflecting some good quality management in the background, Your staff do the company credit and ensure the excellent customer experience which we so enjoyed. Certainly a hotel to return to. Well done all!!
