Swiss Inn Resort Hurghada

This was my third stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was the most disappointing. This time, I was placed in a building across the street instead of the main hotel. The receptionist claimed this was because my reservation was for a “garden view” room. This explanation does not make sense, as the main hotel building also offers garden-view rooms. There is also no logical reason why I would intentionally book a room across the street and have to cross the road to access the buffet. When I raised this concern, the receptionist was dismissive, insisted the room placement was correct, and offered no reasonable solution. The only option presented was to pay an additional $30 per night to move to the main building. When I stated that I would document the issue in a review, his response was simply, “As you like.” Unfortunately, this interaction, along with the lack of flexibility and disregard for a returning guest, significantly impacted my experience. I would think twice before booking again.

Hi! I would like to express my gratitude for my stay at this hotel! The entire staff goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. You know that every place has its advantages and disadvantages. When you come to the sea and the sun, some of the negatives fade away. I would love to return to this hotel. I would like to thank the team at the Italian restaurant: Yasmyn, Youssef, and Chef Farouk. The staff at the lobby was also very friendly and helpful. Thank you to the bartender Hassan at the lobby bar. I hope to come back soon to this nice hotel.

Das Hotel ist von der Lage sehr gut gelegen und man kann abends auch mal spazieren gehen… Für Familien mit Kindern geeignet!

Das Servicepersonal ist nicht erreichbar bzw. nicht Service orientiert, leider absolut schwacher Service! Lediglich im Libanon Restaurant der Kellner, Ahmed, Samira vom Gäste Service sowie der Mustafa von der Rezeption sind die einzigen Mitarbeiter die Freundlichkeit ausstrahlen und serviceorientiert sind. Kinderpool ist gut und beheizt, das Haupt-Restaurant ist sehr laut, die Ala Kart Restaurants vor allem das Lebanon ist geschmacklich und vom Service zu empfehlen! Strand ist ausreichend hübsch… Bitte beachten, das beim All Inklusive keine alkoholischen Getränke dabei sind und hierzu pro Person 30€ extra pro Tag verlangt wird!
