Swiss Inn Resort Hurghada

After a first brief stay at this superb beachside hotel, only a short ride from both airport and the Hurghada Marina complex, we extended our stay for further nights… and Ahmed Mazhar in reception not only made things so easy but also provided us with some wonderful personal touches. He guided us through the booking process for ensuring it was for the premier sea view room and managed to keep us in the same great room only yards from the water’s edge with such lovely views from the balcony. To our delight complimentary fruit and cakes appeared in our room which he arranged and then when we came to departure day he was able to book an extended check out right through to 5pm for us which made everything so relaxed and like an extra day of holiday. He and his colleagues are just so smiling and helpful and everyone including our housekeeper spoke good English which took all the stress out of communicating. Great hotel. Great team. Great value. This is where we will book if we return to the Red Sea!

Spotlessly clean. Lovely beach location very good to swim. Premier sea view room fantastic. Great food with lots of choices. Most importantly the staff are quite excellent, helpful, attentive and charming from Mohammed in housekeeping, Islam and Mohamed in the restaurant, Amr in the bar and the wonderfully welcoming and helpful Ahmed Mazhar in reception. These people do the company credit and ensure an excellent customer experience.

We have just returned to the UK and wow, what a holiday! We have been treated like royalty for the whole week, everyone was so kind and lovely to interact with. We were taken to our exceptionally clean room by the man mountain Mohamed who was such a gentleman, which gave us a great start to our break. The rest of the staff - oh my days, what can I say? Excellent all round, incredible beach service by Mohamed and Mostafa, with Khaled being such great fun while on the beach. All reception staff were helpful and friendly, (especially Ramez) and at the bar Amir and Mahmoud (aka Samara) were some of the best and nicest people we have had the pleasure to deal with. Rooms were spotless and well maintained, as were the pool areas and gardens, the food wasn’t bad at all, we tried different things all the time, if you are a UK chips with everything personal then isn’t right for you - none on offer other than at the snack bar. Oriental restaurant isn’t the best but lovely staff there, and the location was just perfect. We’ve come home relaxed and pampered and can’t wait to come back. You’ve made us fall in love with the place and all of you.

Staff is very friendly and willing to help, sea beautiful. Food selection very good, plenty of options to choose from. Fresh juices, fruits. Great location and overall ok facilities.

When we moved into the room, the amount of dust on the floor and even in the cabinets was insane. I asked it to be washed thoroughly and actually they did it, so grear and fast service from Swiss Inn. But in general when they clean the room every day - I am not sure they even wash the floor. My kids spilled a little of sprite and it was sticky in one place - it was still sticky the next 2 days hence nobody washed it. Best way to speak to reception - then things get sorted. Rooms are good but a little outdated. Family suite I loved but it takes me to my next point. Something important to note - all rooms on the 2nd line (including garden view and family suites) have a centralised AC. That means that during winter they switch it on to warm only. So if it gets hot (which it did for us in february) - you cant put AC on cool function. We had a family suite which i actually loved, but due to being too hot and essentially AC wasn't working on cold - the hotel offered to switch us to a room on the 1st line, which was not family suite, it was a royal suite - it was ok. Being that it is the most expensive room in Swiss Inn - I found it super outdated, especially the living room area, bedroom was actually good. And again, imagine staying at the most expensive room - you expect it to be cleaned thoroughly daily, but that was not the case and at some point I just didnt want to constantly ask for the same thing so let it go. Also another thing that they can improve - place normal tea spoons in the rooms, not plastic ones. They are super harmful in hot drinks, so I was shocked that they dont have any normal spoons in the rooms. Also in the suites - one would expect a descent coffee machine like nespresso, not nescafe. Also please place slippers and bathrobes, especially in suites,one should not have to ask for it, at this type of rooms it is expected. Another thing - kids playroom that is located near the restaurant on the beach.

We arrived three days ago have tried three of the la cart restaurants one we walked out of the food took 40 mins too reach us and was Stone cold and the third was too hard to cut the seafood one was the best .I went alone too the Italian early in the evening they lost my order again not busy it is all inclusive but trying too find a waiter in the evening too serve u a nightmare

Havuz geliştirilebilir,yenilense iyi olur,Tatlılar geliştirilebilir,demleme siyah çay yok:( yoğurt çok az ayran hiç yok(biz alışmışız arıyor insan)

Lovely resort, friendly relaxed atmosphere with great service. Rooms are well equipped with iron, hairdryer kettle, stocked fridge and tea coffee etc. toiletries are topped up regularly. Pools are heated to 27 degrees, beach has waiter service and towels provided. Food is good, plenty of choice with 4 a la carte restaurants, no need to book, and 2 buffet restaurants. Everywhere is spotless and staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall a really good holiday. Wi fi is patchy on the furthest away parts of resort but good in main buildings and around the main pools. Wine choice on all inclusive is limited, but the white is ok..

Unfreundliches, unaufmerksames, unmotiviertes Personal vor allem im Restaurant. Eintöniges Menü im Restaurant. Gastrointestinaler Infekt während des Aufenthaltes. Schon morgens früh mit Badetüchern belegte Liegen am Strand.
